Specialist Background

Dr Elaine obtained her Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Manipal University, India in 2011. She subsequently completed her Doctor of Orthopaedic & Traumatology specialist training at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

She further completed advanced training in Hand & Microsurgery at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2023, followed by a Clinical Fellowship in Hand & Elbow Surgery at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, Korea in February 2025.

Dr Elaine currently serves as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at UKM Specialist Centre, with a subspecialty interest in Hand & Microsurgery.
